M/s Forestily, a sole proprietorship established in Punjab, India ("we", "us", "our"), operates the Prana application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We keep data collection to a minimum. We currently collect information only through Google OAuth sign-in, which is used exclusively to:

We do not request or store passwords (authentication is handled entirely by Google), and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers; these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.
We use the information collected solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including managing your account and displaying your progress within the app.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except: (a) Google, for authentication purposes; (b) Razorpay, for payment processing; and (c) where required by applicable law.
We retain account and achievement data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed at children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.
