M/s Forestily, a sole proprietorship established in Punjab, India, currently offers only digital goods through the Prana application, including access to programmatically generated and/or AI-generated audio and video content.
As all products and services currently offered are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved. No physical goods are dispatched, couriered, or delivered in connection with any purchase made through the Service at this time.
Upon successful payment via Razorpay, access to the relevant digital content or subscription features is granted instantly (or within a reasonable time) within your account on the Service. No further action is required from you to "receive" the purchase beyond logging into your account.
If you do not receive access to purchased digital content after successful payment, please contact us with your payment reference so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Note: An earlier, unrelated venture under the Forestily name previously listed physical goods on forestily.com several years ago. That offering is no longer operational, and no physical goods are currently sold or shipped under this business.
