These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Prana application and related services (the "Service"), operated by M/s Forestily, a sole proprietorship established in Punjab, India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service provides digital goods only, including but not limited to programmatically generated and/or AI-generated audio and video content designed for relaxation and wellness purposes. No physical goods are shipped or sold under this Service at this time.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Access to the Service requires sign-in via Google OAuth. We use this solely to create and maintain your account in our database, and to track and map your achievements, trials, and progress within the Service, which may be modified, reduced, or changed at any time at our discretion.
Certain audio content offered through the Service is based on psychoacoustic principles (including but not limited to binaural or isochronic tone techniques). We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the physiological or psychological effects of such audio, and we expressly disclaim liability for any adverse reaction, discomfort, or ill effect experienced by users. Users with photosensitive epilepsy, cardiac conditions, pregnancy, or other health sensitivities should consult a physician before use, and discontinue use immediately if they experience discomfort.
Video content offered through the Service is intended to be pleasant, calming, and non-objectionable in nature. We do not knowingly host or distribute content that infringes third-party copyrights, nor content that is obscene, pornographic, or otherwise ill-mannered. Payments for the Service are processed through Razorpay. Depending on the offering selected, you may be charged on a one-time basis or a recurring subscription basis. Prices, plans, and billing cycles will be clearly displayed at the point of purchase.
The Service is provided for general wellness and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We make no guarantees regarding any specific outcome from using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M/s Forestily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including achievement and trial mechanics, at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.
